The ROOTS is not only a cocktail bar, but also a world’s unique collection of historic exhibits connected with the art of bartending. Here you can see first editions of bartender’s handbooks, including the original edition of world’s very first bartender’s handbook from 1862, “The Bartender's Guide”, signed by it’s iconic author, Jerry Thomas. The collection also includes antique shakers, coolers, jiggerss well as Poland’s biggest collection of long discontinued a STARKA vodkas.

Still, these artifacts are just one of many reasons for which it’s worth travelling hundreds or even thousands kilometres to visit this one and only cocktail place.
